This little dude actually lives in your mouth!!
there are many things that we never think about when the rush of life actually makes us just go thRough day and night, and not be conscious about how we do it. how we pamper ourselves or just make sure we are ok.
in this new journey of mine, i am discovering a lot of things, learning and taking good care of myself.
lesson 1:
wash your teeth...but also, your toothbrush!!!!
bacterias love teeth and how warm and cool is in the mouth so they actually get attached to the toothbrush as a good mean of transportation to the mouth.
in here, i gotta wash my teeth (as in normal life we should all too) after each meal or any snack (they don’t give snacks in the hospital though) BUT!!! before that i need to sterilize it - microwave it for some minutes ;) -
so, the lesson is to wash our toothbrush!!! maybe not daily, i am in a special place so i gotta do it. for for sure, this is something i am taking to my “outside” life
